Available options

How would you like to proceed?

Follow the guidance for the option that applies to you. If you are unsure, start with the claim guide or contact VRA before your departure.

Available

Written or postal claim

For departures from a designated port where a VRA agent is not present, or where goods are exported by a cartage contractor. Obtain the required Customs export evidence and submit the applicable forms and original tax invoices by registered post, courier or an available VRA dropbox. Keep copies and proof of delivery.

After receipt, VRA advises that a confirmation email, claim number and issued VAT255 document will follow. Receipt does not guarantee approval or payment.
