We would like to kindly inform our clients and members of the public that our back-office operations are not client-facing, and we no longer operate from the AMAXSA premises.
Please note that the AMAXSA location is not a VRA office, and no client services are available there. We respectfully ask that clients do not visit this site for assistance.
All VRA services are available at our designated front-office locations, where our teams will be happy to assist you with any enquiries or support you may require. We encourage you to visit these official offices for all your service needs. Please see the locations on the VRA website : https://vatrefundagency.co.za/locations/
As the AMAXSA premises are privately managed and not associated with VRA, access is restricted. For safety and security reasons, AMAXSA security personnel may intervene.
