Submitting documentsSubmit your documents via registered post, courier or dropbox. Make sure that your documents are stapled together.

Confirmation
Wait for an email confirming you have successfully submitted your claim. You will be sent a claim number as well as a VAT-255 document that needs to be signed and sent back.
