Dear Client,
Please be informed that certain administrative and transaction fees will be deducted from your VAT refund amount before the final payment is made to you.
The applicable fees include:
- VRA Administration Fee: 1.3%
- Bank Transaction Fee: R100.00
- Exchange Rate Fees: Estimated 3-4% (Exchange rates charged by the banks)

* Kindly also note that the VRA is entitled to a prescribed commission of 1.3% (one point three percent) in respect of duly processed claims, which shall be deducted from the claim amount. Any incidental forex or transaction costs, to facilitate payment of the refund, will also be deducted from the claim amount.
